To achieve and realize our mission statement we are always actively negotiated with our manufacturers to obtain the best price possible and still maintain the high level of quality that you expect us to deliver. We are successful in this strategy thanks to our weekly contacts with our suppliers.

 

Questions and remarks that we receive from you, are important to us so we won’t ignore the things that you have to say to us, even if you bring bad news. Problems are considered to be challenges and not as something annoying. We will not try to sell you a more expensive machine than what you need, in the end this works counter-productive.

 

Currently we are working on a stock expansion, a project that will be completed in a few years time. For you, as our valued customer, this won’t have any negative effects as we don’t have to move to a different location. In the meantime we already have a decent stock that is available to you at all times, because we know that you have become to rely on us.

 

Many customers have already noticed our increase in efficiency that has now reached a decent level of 95% Which means that 95% of all orders are delivered the next day.
Recently we started with a new optimization: if you have an order that is urgent, you can now have it delivered at your doorstep the next day before 10.00 h. AM, for a small extra transportation cost. of course this is only possible in the Belgian area.

When you have an extremely urgent order we are even able to deliver the same day thanks to our large network of couriers that we regularly use and that we can trust to do the job. We know that your customers become more and more demanding and we hope that in this manner we can relieve you of some of the stress that is now common in our sector of industry.
